Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No Shows
Your appointment time is required and is subject to confirmation. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer at the discretion of Viking Health.
Payments, Refunds, and Transfers
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Promotional purchases are non-transferable and have no cash value. If you purchase a promotion, it must be used within days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
